東京上野格子酒店及青年旅館 (Grids Tokyo Ueno Hotel&Hostel)

此次訂購房型4人房，位處最高樓層；飯店距離上野車站入谷口很近，走路約3分鐘內抵達；類背包客旅店，歐美旅客較多；位處上野車站旁，可見電車經過景色，但相對較為吵雜，睡眠敏感的人不建議投宿。

I spent the last two nights of my Japan 訂房網站 in Osaka, and I have to say, this place was perfect for my needs. The location was incredibly convenient—the subway station was literally right downstairs, which made getting around the city a breeze. Plus, there was a fantastic bar nearby serving up some delicious ramen, which was a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. What really made my stay stand out, though, were the staff. They were super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I had a minor leg injury from my time in Tokyo and asked if I could switch to a lower bunk when I arrived. The receptionist was so understanding and quickly made the change for me, which made a big difference. The unit itself was really clean, and I loved the closet space they had. It’s a small detail, but I’ve stayed at plenty of hostels where luggage ends up scattered everywhere, so I really appreciated that everything had its own place. It made the whole room feel more organized and spacious. I’d definitely recommend this place to fellow solo travelers looking to spend a few days in Osaka, or even groups of friends who are planning to stay a bit longer. It’s got everything you need for a comfortable stay and then some. Definitely a solid choice in this vibrant city!

設備老舊、衛生條件差，不知道是不是為了省水，水龍頭的水流非常小，洗臉不方便，且房間太小了，非常不適合帶大行李的人，綜合以上缺點，房價太高了，地點靠近上野入谷口算很方便 Facilities are old, some equipment is dirty. I’m not sure if it’s to save water, but the water flow from the faucet is very weak. Room is small. Location is good . However room price is too high.

I recently stayed at Grids during a summer 訂房網站, choosing a multi-bunk bed room for its affordability. While the stay had some positive aspects, there were a few areas that could use improvement, which I hope can be helpful feedback for future guests and the hotel. Upon entering the room, I noticed an unpleasant smell, somewhat like foot odor, which was particularly noticeable in the warm summer weather. Better ventilation or more frequent cleaning could make a big difference in creating a fresher and more welcoming environment. It wasn’t unbearable, but it did impact the overall comfort of the stay. The room itself was basic, with standard bunk beds that were functional. Unfortunately, no complimentary towels (you have to pay to get it) which was a bit inconvenient, especially for travelers who might not bring their own. Including these small essentials would go a long way in improving the guest experience, even in a budget-friendly setting. On the brighter side, the staff were friendly and approachable, though they seemed stretched thin at times. The hotel’s location was also a plus, with easy access to Ueno station, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, my stay at Grids was okay but could be improved with better attention to room freshness and basic amenities like towels. For budget travelers, it’s a decent option, but these small changes could make it much more enjoyable. I hope the hotel considers these tweaks for future guests!

Loved how they provided both hot and cold water, they even have makeup cleansing oil, face wash, and slippers. About 10-minute straight walk from Ueno Station, still manageable if carrying luggage. As someone with serious allergic rhinitis, really appreciated how clean the room was. Air circulation was great and I actually had some good sleep. Also can’t thank the staff enough for helping to receive my package that arrived almost two weeks before my check-in date. so kind and helpful throughout my stay.

這次住在十樓（頂樓），一開始有點熱但是把空調和空氣過濾器打開以後馬上就好了。床時衹有墊子直接放在木地板上，不過乾淨整潔，所以沒什麼問題。忘記拍房間照片了，想起來的時候已經弄亂了所以就不拍了。

地理位置非常棒，上野車站出來導航一下就到了，大廳的公共空間很舒適，房間的床也很舒服，上層住客翻身也沒有聲音，唯獨睡在門旁邊開關門聲音比較容易聽到，其餘都非常棒 浴室也乾淨👍 推薦
